1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the slo16 platform (the "Platform"), including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through slo16.app, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

slo16 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the slo16 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, participation in casino-style online gaming is restricted to persons aged 21 and above in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, or representative of slo16 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by slo16 or its affiliates.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in online gaming harmful to you.

slo16 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by slo16 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of games and services on slo16, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the slo16 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. slo16 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Account Verification (KYC): slo16 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify slo16 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Deposits & Payments

slo16 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at slo16's discretion.

• All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• slo16 does not accept cash deposits or payments made via cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• slo16 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. Your balance reflects funds available for wagering and withdrawal.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the lawful owner of the payment instrument used.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your slo16 account. slo16 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section.
• slo16 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed.
• slo16 VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
• slo16 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the Player. slo16 does not provide tax advice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

slo16 may offer bonuses, promotions, free plays, vouchers, and other incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• slo16 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Vouchers issued through the slo16 Voucher programme are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of issuance and may have expiry dates.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the slo16 Platform operate in accordance with the following general gameplay rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. slo16 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, slo16 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
• slo16 reserves the right to void any wager or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software fault, or any form of manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game on the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slo16 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or slo16 staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

9. Responsible Gaming

slo16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• All players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in any game on the slo16 Platform.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion tools are available to any player who wishes to temporarily or permanently restrict their access to the Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the slo16 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of slo16 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of slo16.
• The slo16 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of slo16. You must not use these marks without the prior written permission of slo16.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to slo16 regarding the Platform may be used by slo16 without any obligation to compensate you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slo16, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions to service.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any reliance placed on information or content available on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond slo16's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slo16 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Suspension & Termination

slo16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, slo16 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting slo16 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Privacy

slo16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

slo16 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and slo16 cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Amendments to These Terms

slo16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, slo16 will notify registered players through the Platform or via the email address associated with their account. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent slo16 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
